I didn't, not at all! Growing up, I had dreams and aspirations like any other kid, but the reality of my life over-shadowed those dreams. As an adult today, I understand that opportunity is available to all of us, however, because of what the reality of our life may be in that moment or season, you don't always recognize the opportunity, know what to do with that opportunity or even believe that you can have it. Life turns out differently for everyone. My life was different before I welcomed the Lord into my life, much of it was hard-knocks.
